Dr. Shoeab Afzal is a senior consultant physiotherapist, a BPT graduate from Teerthanker Mahaveer University. He is associated with Holistic Touch Physical Therapy and Wellness clinics since 2018.
He is the lead physiotherapist of Holistic Touch Physical Therapy and Wellness Clinics, Uttam Nagar & Palam branch New Delhi. During his academics, he attended many workshops held in his college to gain additional knowledge apart from studies. Lumbo-Pelvic Dysfunction, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, Rehabilitation after spinal cord injuries are some of them.
He was also a member of a physiotherapist team in his university’s cricket team and inter-college sports event. He works with people of all ages to help them get out of pain and back to doing the activities they love. He has a passionate interest in sports-related injuries, musculoskeletal disorders incorporating functional based rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy, dry needling, taping in his treatment.
